SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Delivery Options & Charges

We offer flexible delivery options across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the courier service (e.g., Royal Mail / Evri / DPD).

4. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number at [Seu Email de Suporte], and we will investigate it with the courier immediately.

  • Damaged Items: Under UK Consumer Rights, if your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

All orders delivered within the UK include VAT where applicable. There are no additional hidden customs duties or taxes for orders shipped to UK addresses.
